Amongst the top 3 rarest White Demo's from the Ric-Tic catalogue, which has been sat in my collection for well over 10 years and although I have on occasions thought about selling it I have always resisted as it was too precious.  Completely out of the blue I strike it rich with another copy, in virtually the same condition, with the same 2 Red X's but ink not felt tip.  There's nothing between them but one can go.

It's well known fact that when this demo shows up it's normally beat up, generally VG+ or worse, or the labels are wrecked in some way.  If you can bear a couple of Red X's and just a few superficial surface marks that don't affect play then this conservatively graded Ex+ copy is for you.  The flip label is clean.

RareSoul45's sold a VG++ with heavily discoloured / marker penned X's label copy in July last year for just under 400, so that's what I'm basing my minimum on. 

I'll let this run for offers until 7pm on Sunday 23 April unless I get one I can't refuse.  Minimum is £400.
