There are several Buy It now Stateside issues on ebay currently £75. IMO this is a premium price and patience should get you one for £30-£50 depending on condition. Obviously the promo copy is more. Not a rare item but as the bandwagon rolls on people are expecting bigger prices across the board.

              It's a Demo I've got.........not decided if i'm selling or not......got the one on issue as well so that's the reason considering
