Julianb Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 Hi I've been given 2 different deadwax readings for this;- GT01A and GT01B ET100A and ET100B Can anyone shed any light on why there are two different pressings? I don't think it's been booted but perhaps someone knows better. TIA Julian
Julianb Posted April 6, 2017 Author Posted April 6, 2017 Thanks Pete, Can they both be classed as originals?

Carlf Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 (edited) Yes, definitely both originals. I had both up to a couple of years back. Didn't really notice anything different about deceived that would make one better sounding than the other than the E100 sounded a bit clearer to me. but that might have been the condition. Anyway II kept the ET100. Maybe they were done at different pressing plants or 2 runs at the same plant. Who knows. Edited April 6, 2017 by CarlF
Chalky Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 There is a difference, in the mix or arrangement. Been acouple of topics about it in the past. Anthony Smith first brought this to my attention at These Old Shoes years ago.
