Guest WPaulVanDyk Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Dobie Gray - Out on the floor i don't care if people hate it but i never have heard it before at any nighter and it needs a play quick a classic for me
grant Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Dobie Gray - Out on the floor i don't care if people hate it but i never have heard it before at any nighter and it needs a play quick a classic for me Tough one Russ as I think most played out oldies are still all being played at many venues and therefore never need reactivation. Dobie Gray is a good point as you never hear it out I suppose. Personally I would think of things like :- Construction - Hey Little Way Out Girl Mike McDonald - God Knows Paul Anka - When We Get There Battered in their heyday, but Ive rarely heard them out since

Regards - Mark Bicknell.

Winsford Soul Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 A great selection there winsford soul, most of those tracks youve chosen definately need reactivating.Alot of late wigan stuff that gets bypassed i wonder why?. Thanks for comment. I try to play this type of stuff when i,m out and about. normally to a very good reaction from the dance floor and collectors alike. Why they get bypassed i dont know. A lot of late Wigan tunes have been overlooked by the majority because if it aint rare it aint cool or trendy. Yes there where some bad tunes played But there where some awesome stuff too. Steve
Guest WPaulVanDyk Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 Sam and Kitty - I've Got Something good don't see that played anymore and it's a classic.
