Northern Soul Uk Posted April 2, 2017 Author Posted April 2, 2017 Maybe one of the prominent event promoters should sort it out to get them over here?

Kenb Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 I guess you may already know this, but Daryl ( and John Oates) have history with most of the musicians coming out of Philly, and the respective studio's of Sigma, Virtue, etc. They both played on Electric Indian 'Keem-O-Sabe' 1968, Marmaduke ( as well as others sides) with what most folks regard as " The Philiadelphia Funk Brothers"
Mike Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 @Tabstabs posted this link up back in the mists of time https://www.hallandoates.de/Temptones Discography.htm orig topic https://www.soul-source.co.uk/forums/topic/116637-storm-warning-daryl-hall-john-oates/ 1
Northern Soul Uk Posted April 10, 2017 Author Posted April 10, 2017 WOW! Mike that's a brilliant read, thank you for that. Really interesting if you didn't know, you would write Daryl Hall off as just another pop star, but he has so much history in the soul music genre. Thanks again - Steve
