...Having played this version consitently since it came out off the "Letter To Myself" album in 1972, I was really pleased to pick this up on a Brazilian 45 (well, 33 actually - most 70s Brazilian singles play at 33). I'm guessing that it's the only territory on which it was issued as a single, unless anyone can tell me otherwise:
