Got a euro  DJ spot coming up and looking for advice/tips please . 

Normally we travel by Eurostar , TGVs etc but this time flying budget ...

What's the best way to take say 100 x45s with us ? 

Get yourself a sturdy hand luggage size case, a 100 box should fit inside, mine does, and don't let it be put in the hold.  A hand luggage case will fit in the overhead locker easily enough, so it's not far from you at all times.

I use a 100 count Swan flight case all the time and never have any problems with it.

I've got a Zomo bag, works a treat. Use it 2 or 3  times a year - its desecrate, comfortable due to the strap and you can get a few pair's of socks and boxers in there too, job's a good'un

Swan 100 count box or tucker & bloom (lets your carry 120-130 and not as bulky as a magma) - never had any hassle travelling with either
