Very Slight label damage around the centre as shown.

Currently on auction on a well known rare soul website but offered here at set sale.

I read somewhere than only 500 copies were pressed in Memphis in 1964, I´m not sure if that is correct, but certainly it does not turn up to often. Championed by Andy Dyson some years back.
