Guest FreeJimmy Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 (edited) Hello Fellow Soulies, In our efforts to get Jimmy Gresham out of prison, we have had difficulty in finding a way that soul fans world wide could help. Please do this: and Jimmy could get out. __________________________ Letter sent to authorities Today. __________________________ 10-27-06 Fax Cover: 2 Pages To: Mr. Thomas F. "a clear conscience makes a soft pillow" "I now understand what Moses felt like as he entered Pharaoh's court" No wonder why he is said to have been "stuttering." In reference to James H. Gresham / NON-VIOLENT / 1ST TIME OFFENDER / and DECORATED KOREN WAR VETERAN - NOW 72 and in his 14th year, with 16 years to go at: James H. Gresham 03087-017 F.C.I. P.O. BOX 7007 MARIANNA, FL 32447 In my efforts to obtain "Justice" for Jimmy Gresham, his guilt or innocence is pretty much a "moot" point. - After all he was convicted. People often ask me, "what did he do?" I am no longer going to speak of Jimmy Gresham's guilt or innocence. An "unbiased" jury, which besides the Almighty, is one of the few institutions I still have a deep abiding faith in, has yet to determine that. All we want is a "fair" trial. The one that I was taught all Americans could have, and the one Seaman James H. Gresham "fought" for during the Korean War. And there lies the problem. Did he get one? When anyone ask me from now on about Jimmy Gresham, this shall be the response. _______________________________________________________ OK, Soul People Print this Below and send it to Mr. Kirwin ___________________________________________ Or go to and print out the page Send Questions Pertaining to the incarceration of James H. Gresham So you want to know what the state of affairs is with James (Jimmy) Gresham? If that is your enquiry I suggest you do the following: Write To: Mr. Thomas F. Kirwin and ask him this. 1. Is James Gresham in prison for his involvement with some Cuban Marielitos who came to the United States in 1980, and were imported and promoted into his life and neighborhood by FEMA? yes ___ no___ 2. Was the case that Jimmy Gresham was in named USA v. Marbot, and is it true that Jimmy was not in this case until he refused, out of fear, to co-operate with the Government? yes__ no___ 3. Is it true that Jimmy Gresham is in possession of, and has presented to the court and US Attorneys of Northern Florida, official US Government documents showing that the primary target and case namesake, former Cuban soldier, and Castro import, Luis Roberto Marbot committed perjury to the Court during trial against Jimmy Gresham? yes__ no__ 4. And is it also true that the case agent, Major Schniepp, had in possession a document, which he himself had requested from the FDLE, that clearly showed that Marbot was lying, and failed to correct his witness, and let him "spew" out lies to an unsuspecting United States American jury of Jimmy's peers. yes__ no___ 5. And in a previous trial, did this same case agent, Major Schniepp, get caught by a US Marshall polling the jury, who then brought it to the attention of the court, who was all worked up about it, especially the prosecuting US Attorney, Mr. Benjamin Beard, only to have it dismissed, once is was determined that the case agent Lt. Schniepp (1993), the same who withheld evidence of his "star witness," was the guilty party? yes__ no__ 6. And finally do you, yourself, believe that James H. Gresham got a fair trial, that justice was served, and that this first time, non-violent, and Decorated Korean War Veteran, and "SoulMan" who was sentenced in the same Courthouse, where at the age of 18, he took the Naval Oath, to go and defend America in Her time of need, deserve to die in prison, for justice to be served? yes__ no___ Answer these and let your soft pillow and warm and fuzzy conscience, give you a good night's sleep. -- Signed ____________________________ (your name) Send TO: Mr. Tom Kirwin / co / Paula 111 North Adams Street - 4th Floor Tallahassee, FL 32301 New Record found by Jimmy 1959 "Tears Won't Fall" Edited October 27, 2006 by FreeJimmy
