I see two differents labels of "I'm in love with you" Entertainers HMC UR 3991

One is with biggers letters than the other.The stile of letters and the desing are different.Also the blue color of label is different.

Both have the same number.

Are both original releases?

Is one rarest than the other?

Which is the normal price for English dealers??
