The Complete Motown Singles Collection

I am collecting The Complete Motown Singles Collection and have all of them except Volume 10 (1970). Does anyone know where I can get hold of a copy at a reasonable price?

Also, I need scans of the card insert that came with Volumes 2, 5 & 6. If anyone can provide these it would be most appreciated.
