Ronjon Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Hi Is anybody/everybody still waiting for the Midas collection from Secret Stash or is it just me? Starting to lose my patience with this. Andy
loofer Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Yes, still waiting. This is the reply from SS: We ran into issues with the printer. We hope to have them ready soon, though. Sorry for the wait.
Chalky Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 I was told theee or four weeks ago they had been pressed and had arrived at the office, they were then taking them to the distributor.
Chalky Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Reply from Eric 11/8...... We were waiting on more records. The plant short shipped us!They are at our offices and will go to the distribution center tomorrow, then on to you.Sorry for the wait,Eric
Mark R Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 (edited) By complete coincidence I inquired about this yesterday to Will (who no longer works there but was passing my message on to Eric), and today I asked Mark Bicknell who is going to make inquiries for me. I think they are decent guys so have no doubt all will be well but the frustration is understandable! Cheers, Mark R Edited September 6, 2016 by Mark R
Chalky Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 They told me there is a minimum three month wait at pressing plants.
Johndelve Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 I'm still waiting, too. Not for the first time with this series, either.
Guest Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 (edited) I also requested information on the next edition of this series and received a similar reply. We had a courteous exchange and was kindly offered and accepted a refund of a half my outlay on the Midas C as a gesture of goodwill. Incidentally they have announced a British-English distributor on their website which they hope will promote their releases and because of bulk shipping will be able to offer the products with lower postage costs. Just an observation but I suspect that the last edition on the gospel Halo label may have sold poorly, certainly in the UK. They may be hoping to sell a few more of that one before moving in Midas and Toddlin' Town. Edited September 7, 2016 by Stormcock
