The nite was very good ,they played the Manchester Ritz the next afternoon(about 12 hrs. later!! I recall the date as i went to Ballykinler in Northern Ireland on the Tuesday after as a Na.a.f.i manager and to my delight the Regiment in camp were the Queen,s Lanc,s Regt.--all lads my age from Manchester,Wigan,Preston etc..--the red hot summer of 76 --happy days.
