Anyone know what the deal is with this? Saw it listed in Manship on Adanti but no mention of the Sound Spectrum label. Earlier or later issue of Back in Circulation w/ Love is The Answer?

Bought this a while back from Ady Pountain, he's had a lot of Canadian stuff and I thought that this might be Canadian as well, but there's nothing on the label to confirm or deny it.
