Who were The Delights Orchestra?

Flick past this record most times I come across it in my collection, but decided to give it a spin and noticed that it was written by Martin- Harris - Baker - Young.

I recognise the connection to Cliff Nobles - The Horse . Who were they? Were they an early incarnation of MFSB

It would appear they formed the nucleus of MFSB a few years later.
