His best 45 IMO.  Great under-rated dancer that should be played more. X on the flip label. Tiny bit of hiss at the start, about a second.

 

Otis Leavill - I’m Amazed - Limelight VG++ £40

Great mid pacer, more like Ex condition, plenty of gloss very few marks.

Derek Martin cover up from Stafford. Magic.

 

Deon Jackson - That’s What You Do to Me - Carla Vg+ WOL £25 SOLD

Detroit classic.  CTM written on both labels, see scan.

Always wondered why this record doesn’t get more plays.

Some paper scuffs etc but plays nice, bit of ring wear on the label, see scan. Great dancer.

 

Clarence Reed & Delmiros - Sooner Or Later - Selma Promo Vg+ £30

Fabulous! Flip has a stain or mark on the vinyl and plays with some noise, would have been £40 if clean. Check the scan, sound file available if needed.

 

Mar-Go & Soul Trio - There Is No One - Soul World WDJVg+ £80

Rarer plain label (in my experience).  Great underrated 45. Has Dj and an x on the label.

 

The Admirations - Don’t Leave Me - One-Derful Vg+ £20 SOLD

W-Onderful Northern Soul dancer.

 

Richard Parker - Got To find A Way - Commonwealth United Ex £10

Great record that is seldom heard these days.  Comes with Company Sleeve.

 

Bobbie Jean Bland - I’m Satisfied Just Loving You - Sack - Vg+ £45

Stafford dancer.  “Do It” side has the number 19 in felt wol.

 

Roger Pace - The Minute My Back Was Turned - Select Promo Vg+ £100

Another Stafford dancer, needs more plays, too good to be ignored. 

 

Barons - I Got A Feeling - Etah. Vg+ £100

Great R&B dancer.  Taylor Brooks & the Emperors cover up for Guy Hennigan mind to late 80’s.

 

Jackie Day - I Can’t Wait - Paula Vg+  £15

Great lesser heard 45.  Some of the label details can be seen elsewhere faintly on the label, fault at pressing stage I presume?

 

Tina Florence - Too Much For Me, Baby - APT Promo Vg/Vg+ £35

Look a little grubby but plays fine. Ex Stafford spin fro Pat Brady.

 

The Soul City - I Shot For The Moon - Mercury Promo VG+ £60

The odd mark, good underplayed 45 that should get more.
