I just heard this song and it is a knock-out. is it crazy rare?

It was very uncommon back when it was out.  I did see a few copies over the years.  But, it's one of the hard-to-get Stax 45s.  I wouldn't have called it "rare" back in the day.  But, it is probably hard to find now.
