If a record does not arrive is it E.Bay that pays you back or the seller ? Thanks.

If you actually claim for non-delivery, is refunded from the sellers Paypal account (assuming you paid through Paypal). Usually best to talk to seller first though, as things can get delayed for various reasons.

I've had a couple of records go missing over the years and both times it was the seller who paid via a Paypal claim.
