there are a few stores, try Fantasyland, Wuxtry, Decatur, Wax N Facts & Criminal

my friends Brian & Jason definitely have soul 45s & DJ every now & then but I don't know what they have coming up

looks like a pub called Argosy has DJs on a Friday, not strictly soul though.
