Yet more Morrisey and Mullen ........ "Love Don't Live Here Johnny Moore" ..........

.... this is more of a Rolls Royce performance than a Rose Royce one.

One of my favourite Morrisey Mullen tracks from their Cape Wrath album "Bristol Boogie" with some great drumming and a great sax break that lasts for a good minute starting at 2.28 Also worth checking out the Max Middleton & Robert Ahwai album of around the same time on the same label

For some people the definition of mixed emotions will either be:-

A) Seeing your mother -in-law driving off a cliff in your new car

or

B) Patti Austin singing "More today than yesterday in a jazzy style

Nice thread, love all the jazz, blue note, fusion, funk, mod jazz, latin, bossa, and also the nu-jazz, . Check out schema records, quality..... mario biondi , nicola conte, etc

That's not NJ (Normal Jazz) it's MJ (Modern Jazz) ..... we'll have to split the rooms this stuff is played in; a NJ Room & a MJ Room (sorry I'm gettin mixed up with soul).
