Just a thought..Paul Not necessarily, the EEU has no duty/tax agreements with many countries the UK could and probably would impose VAT. The sheer volume of traffic between the EEU and the UK will mean that it's in everyone's (read - Germany) interest to try and keep as much as the existing system as possible. We'll all know in a couple of months, I sell into Switzerland and Norway and my buyers don't pay any import duties or VAT.

When the seller agrees to declare lower values that is. But at times it's only not possible to avoid to be stabbed with taxes and fees.

I can top that..Denmarks import tax from USA and non EU is set in place on anything above 75 kroner thats 7,5 £.
