Sebastian Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 WOW! That sure is one hell of a twee version of a tune which otherwise is one of my all-time "black rock'n'roll" faves... Here it is by Bobby Lewis instead: (love the Wanderers tune by the way, great Bert Berns produced Brill Building r&b/pop/early soul hybrid).

Nice one Seb....I've always wondered who the girls are on Tossin and Turning ? Bunny Sigler did a version. I must have it somewhere. Do you know Bobby's 'One Track Mind' ? I saw Bobby Lewis perform. He was great. Love The Wanderers track. Who's the lead singer on that one...is it Ray Pollard? You can't go wrong with a Bert Berns production. Edited October 2, 2006 by Simon White
