I've seen plenty of UK copies and a fair few US copies but rarely seen the Canadian one.  Any idea of a price?

I've got a Canadian copy too but as you say seems to be a lot rarer than the UK & USA copies which I've seen valued at between 80 & 120  so I'd say about £150
