I've seen two different versions of the white label promo 45 - one that reads "Lee Moses - Reach Out, I'll Be There", and another reading "Lee Moses & The Diciples - Reach Out For Me".  Are these both legitimate Musicor 60s promo issues, one simply being an error, or is there a wlp boot floating around?

Such a bizarre record, to have it credited to the vocalist Lee Moses on an instrumental 45. Does anyone reckon it was a mistake at the pressing plant?

If you listen closely, you can just hear Lee's vocal in the background - makes me wonder if there's an unreleased original take sitting in an archive somewhere. Would love to hear it if it exists...

It's Lee Moses on the guitar lead.  My guess is that the ghost vocal is him singing along as he played the guitar line (similar to when you hear Jimmy Smith humming along with the organ lead on his records).

A proper Lee Moses vocal of this would be amazing & I have lost sleep over the fact it doesn't exist :-(
