Billy Young - Burning up

Hi Folks , would anyone know the difference between these two releases? After managing to find a copy of Burning up on the yellowish joyja label, i saw that the same song was also released under his later name Billy "Country boy young" ... The track times seem different so was wondering if they are completely different takes or not ....
