Popular Post Mick Sway
Flippin 'eck, never seen Record Club so far down the list of hot topics. Anyway thought I'd plumb for Tony & Tandy to get it back up the list. Funnily enough I've always preferred this side cos it's what I bought it as a new release from Bews , Burslem when it came out over 45 years ago. Longer than those old tunes by Glen Miller , that they used to play at that time on the BEEB's Light Programme, back in the old days. Anyway it's a big tune, especially when the kitchen sink is thrown in: Tony & Tandy Two Can Make It Together Red Atlantic 4 Link to comment Social source share

dthedrug
Hi All before I tell you what my record of the day, I must mention a email that was sent to me after I sent a Ebay seller what I disliked about selling the bootlegs of Darrel Bank London Demo & issue. the email said I'm a fine one to talk as I sell speed at Soul All Nighters & he would see me the next time I was about, now I see this as a threat to myself, if this bloke wants to confront me about records fare doo's however if he wants to bad mouth me about drugs he better keep one eye in front & one eye behind him as this is what I call being a grass, & I don't like a grass or a nonce? got that of my chest. My pick of the day is CURBY GOGGINS - LEAVE ME IF YOU WANT TO - CARNIVAL RECORDS CAR510. Andybellwood
Had a bit of a record playing session with Dale and amongst others, this one impressed me so like Dale managed to nail one on the rarer 7'' (which is 3.40 long as opposed to the extended 'disco version' 12'' sound clip below). Popular Post Peter99
Johnny Come Lately Again! Anyway been meaning to post this for ages but couldn't find a clip - I don't have the where with all to upload my own records, but someone just put a clip on youtube. So, not much beats Al Wilson in my book, but, I bought this off Pat Brady back in the early 80's - he played it a few times but it was never a big spin. Fantastic cover of an Al track, and a lovely record label design too. Johnny Dean - I've Got A Feeling. Love the backing vocals on this.
