Mike think mine cost about 50p all them years back from a soul bowl pack sold it a few years later for probably £2...just goes to show if certain djs spin a tune then it can turn a $9 record into a mega buck tune...all wrong really as its hype. Practically a record's value should be judged by the rarity of its label and the amount of presses that were made of the tune, not forgetting that subjectively we also value a record for our fondness of it as well! 1
