They look very familiar, thought at first it might have been Barbara Mason and Futures, but it isn't. I'm also thinking second from the right looks a bit like Lamont Dozier with a beard. Again, i'm pretty sure it isn't.

The guy on the left looks like Herb Reed to me, so that would make this outfit one of his 70's incarnations of the Platters.
