Help with price - Rare Gospel - Thurman Gerald

Can any Gospel buffs give me an idea what this might be worth? It has a very minor scuff at the beginning that causes a wee bit of light crackle for the first 20 seconds then plays beautifully.

Any help would be much appreciated.
