Fuzzyjonclay Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Hi thereI've just picked up a very cheap copy of Ace Spectrum - Don't Send Nobody Else on Atlantic. The label is slightly different to the version shown on Discogs, so I was wondering if anyone could let me know about the version that I have. Is it a boot do you think? It was super cheap so I'm not too fussed if it is!My version is the one on the right.CheersJon
Garethx Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 The second scan is a Canadian copy. "Manufactured and Distributed by WEA Music of Canada Ltd."
Fuzzyjonclay Posted September 26, 2015 Author Posted September 26, 2015 I did wonder that, but couldn't find any info anywhere. Thought it might have been booted for some odd reason. Thanks for the info
Mike Lofthouse Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Apart from the obvious fact that one is Canadian you are always going to get label variations with theses things - too much talk of books 'second issues' - just different pressings - the US pictured is pressed in by Speciality Products Corp, Olyphant, Pennsylvania - designated as 'SP' on the label - mine is a 'Plastic Products' out of Memphis i.e 'PL'
Only Dreaming Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Their album "Inner Spectrum" that this track is lifted from is well worth checking out. Dave 2
