Missed at the time and don't think it has been mentioned on here?  Just read that Big Frank Murphy (aka Frank Dell) passed away in July.

So pleased to have seen him perform at Cleethorpes, thank you for the music.

What a guy.  Wonderful music. He was great at Cleggers. Check out his version of " Welcome home" from 89, stunning.

that's very sad. He and his wife were really lovely people and his performance at Cleethorpes was wonderful. He stood like a statue but delivered a remarkable set of deep and very soulful songs. I would have loved to have seen it again. A great talent gone.

It's so sad when someone with such a big heart leaves us, almost like all of us losing a family member, probably more cherished than some family members.  RIP Big Frank
