nickanone Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Hello, what do you think of Silver Convention single on Jupiter records"Get up and boogie" / "Son of a gun"Is it disco?
Guest Soulskate70 Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Silver Connection are about as "disco" as you can get..... And not particularly good disco at that. I have the album somewhere, which I won at a holiday camp years ago....

Guest son of stan Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 (edited) Not soul, I've got a sneaking affection for them.If nothing else, I owe thanks for apparently inspiring the unlikely but brilliant Jamaican LP 'Gold Connection' (see what they did there?) featuring strictly for rockers versions of a number of their hits and other Disco records of the time (heavyweight version of 'I love music'music' is killer!)This is one of those records that I have to occasionally get up in the middle of the night to check it really does exist..
