Briank Posted August 20, 2015 Posted August 20, 2015 Is this unusual or a rare version? Maybe a first pressing? I've checked the usual places, but could not find one like this. Thanks for info.
Chris L Posted August 20, 2015 Posted August 20, 2015 I've seen dark blue ones but the text has always been black, not seen silver before. These two are Jamaican.
Chris L Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 Almost certainly Jamaican, I'm sure some work on the internet will produce some results. Stax records were pressed by Record Specialsts in Kingston, Ja.
Robbk Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 The bkue was looks like Jamaican to me, as it has the same font that was never used on a US pressing, and is seen above on every Jamaican example.
Briank Posted August 21, 2015 Author Posted August 21, 2015 It looks like everyone agrees that it is Jamaican. Thanks all.
