Oh dear... what was it?

Not had a chance to check JMs bootleg guide, but to me it looks like Cracking Up

Sorry Christian, I hope you can laugh in your moment of pain.

 The same sort of thing has happened to me in the last week,i sold 2 records to seperate guys,

1 Thelma Jones Columbia demo,it arrived at the adrress in two halfs.

2 Marsha Brody on Hot Shot,it arrived with a big crack in it.

I have given a a full money back refund in cash to these 2 guys, when i went to investigate what f## has gone wrong,it turns out the temp post office i was using, had these people turning up with car spares in boxes, wine samples and other very heavy items just tossed in to the big sacks yes.gif .

I spoke to the temp post office about it,he said "not my fault, lifes tough",i says to him no more posting from me then lifes tough init.

In the mean time this jerk comes in with a box of car spares & wine samples, and just lobs them in to the bag,i told him what had been done,he told me to f### off .

So out come the wine samples and i accidently dropped them on the floor, and smash, crash they went ..i did not smell nice on the floor(all wine samples mixed up).I then told him to f## off he could make something of it outside if he wanted, the gutless piece of s## run off,a total wa####. :D .

I will not be using that temp office again I'M BARRED :D .

Yes, I'm starting to be able to laugh about it. :D Wasn't exactly "cheap" though. :D It was Dee Edwards "Oh What A Party" on D-Town. A bit ironic that the record playing on my turntable when the postie turned up was Slim Harpo's "Don't Start Cryin' Now" on Excello. Even more ironic that I just happened to stumble upon this 45 about 20 minutes prior to the end of the auction and there was me thinking "ah, i really like that tune, have wanted to have it for ages, one of the first obscure Detroit tunes i fell in love with, i'll put in a bid and hope i win it"... If I had only logged onto eBay 30 minutes later...
