I've just heard a version played by a mate from a tape of the well known tune by jimmy robins but this was faster and had horns on it , can anyone tell me who it is by  or is it a different take etc as I couldnt help him

David, there are two different versions of Jimmy Robbins, released on two different labels, maybe it's him with the alternate one?

maybe not the same but there's a great female version by the band loading zone - linda tillery the lead - lp only i think
