Hmmm! Risky place to be buying property. The Detroit average property price has fallen by 50% in the last ten years. Average sale price for 2015 is about $32,000. Even if it's in a very nice part of town, I think I'd pass. Unless, of course, there is a big record collection he left behind in the cellar.

That's where the 5,000 copies of "Do I Love You (Indeed I Do)" by Frank Wilson are stored.  They never melted them down.  Of course, if they are all put on the market, they'll be down to a Quid apiece!
