to anyones knowledge, has this Richard Marks on Tuska ever been reissued or booted?

I sold it on the forum and was contacted by the buyer directly after receiving it, claiming that the record was not original, followed by a Paypal dispute. 

 

Can anybody here verify this claim?

I don't know of a boot/reissue either.

is the buyer well known? may be don't like condition? or just a scam

Hello Markus….Thats bad news. My advice would be to contact Rod[on the forum as Modersoulsucks]. He is a moderator on the forum and Ive always found him extremely helpful in any problems Ive had on here with purchases. 

  Just out of interest, did you offer the buyer a full refund if he wasn't happy with the record ? It seems  extreme for the buyer to go straight into a Paypal dispute without trying to sort it out with you first.
