Pete S Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 Is this the worlds most overrated album? There's not a decent track on it.
Soul-slider Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 Is this the worlds most overrated album? There's not a decent track on it. Hasn't come yet so i'll give my opinion when I hear it, going by the strength of that unofficial 45 though...surely it aint that bad Pete? Detroit mid-60's from the Pied Piper stable? And don't forget...if you get a copy of Huns Review let me know
Pete S Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 Someones in a grumpy mood this morning He's not a very good singer, simple as that. Besides, when you've heard Save Your Love For Me Baby, it can only be downhill from there. Plus there's a very strange Martin-Coulter connection on that album and that makes me suspicious (their UK artistes Sunny & Sue or vice versa did You Can't Bypass Love!)
Pete S Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 Asin phil coulter? Yes. Some of their tracks appear on the Butler album and some 'Pied Piper''s appear on UK productions by them, I wrote about this many years ago asking if anyone knew the connection, but nobody did.
