45cellar Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 (edited) well said winnie , we all love the music but we also love nights and weekends out with many friends old and new. Hi The scene to me is the total package, I love the Oldies, The Stompers, The 100 M.P.H. Dancers, and the New stuff. I think that the core records that turned us all onto the scene will appeal to new ears. If we want the Rare Soul Scene to survive, we have to live in the past to enable us to have a future. The Brilliant records that have been found over the years deserve their place, and must NOT be forgotten. In short, "Are 'oldies' Fans Living In The Past" Yes, Thankyou Very Much, and Enjoying Every Minute Of It. Edited November 11, 2006 by 45cellar
