I rate this as still a £25 max record, yet have seen this figure recently between £75 & £125.

Right price? ..... well, rub a bottle & ask the Genie

sold an original for £80 3weeks ago could have sold it 3times over it went in less then 10min after posting

And so it should, it's a brilliant Northern Soul record!

It's about time these classic's that have suffered because there were a lot of copies about started getting the recognition they deserve. Finding near mint copies are getting harder to find and the price should reflect this!

It was never a big tune back in the day and probably around £2 or even less but in recent time  all the handbaggers think its rare hence the price rise , not bad record tho

Exasperated is the word Aaron. Where have all the millions of copies gone.... pinned on walls, retro shaped ornaments?

Of course in reality they are stashed in collections, but why this particular (good) oldie can command such a high fee

i don't know, is this an indicator of any oldie, if so, some collectors must be sat on goldmines!

I cannot believe that now it's going for 102 gbp with still days to go.... https://www.ebay.it/itm/BOBBY-GARRETT-MY-LITTLE-GIRL-BIG-BROTHER-MIRWOOD-/361258663437?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item541cb1be0d

As another side point, when this was getting some spins at Wigan around 74/75, probably in Mr Ms, I found half a dozen of the B&C, Bob & Earls LPs which have the vocal on for about 89p each. They sold easily at the casino for a fiver each. Pretty good money for then.

the northern soul scene was built on quality up beat tunes like this one,its no surprize that they have disapeared into collections since the early 70's,and as for value, this tune is as deserving a decent price tag as any other quality oldies that achieve 300 quid+ on a daily basis, that arent even as rare!

i have to say that 100 quid for a stand out tune seems like bugga all these days, mind you i could spend that 100 quid on a bootleg of salvadors..haha

On my 3rd copy of this album now worn the other 2 out, my little girl has got to be in my top 5 tunes, used to sing to my daughter when she was little
