Jean Battle - I’ve got to come in / Unsatisfied woman - Clintone / EX / £80 (Crossover dancer backed with a deep soul ballad. Vinyl copy. Both penned by Sam Dees and the same songs as Eboney Essence on Goodie Train.) Z. Z. Hill - What more - Kent / EX / £50 (Current indemander, superb northern soul oldie.) Scotty Williams - In the same old way - Jubilee / VG- / £25 (Gritty northern soul dancer and a rare one. Vinyl is absolutely covered in lighter marks but surprisingly it plays well. People’s Choice - You’re mine - Veroneeca / EX / £8 (Terribly underrated, should go the same way as Mighty Lovers “Ain’t gonna run no more”. Inaudible shade light marks on vinyl.)
