Guest sugar Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 "Just because your love has gone".....has this ever been released on a 45 or is it an album track only, if so , which album ?
Garethx Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 It's the A-side of "I'm The One Who Loves You" on 45 and is seen on a demo with "Just Because…" on both sides quite a bit. Should be a fraction of the cost of an issue copy. It's also on his 1969 Volt album "Here To Stay".
Smudger Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 (edited) Here to stay album, "Forgive me" stunning https://www.discogs.com/Darrell-Banks-Here-To-Stay/master/498488 Edited March 25, 2015 by smudger
Mike Lofthouse Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Here to stay album, "Forgive me" stunning https://www.discogs.com/Darrell-Banks-Here-To-Stay/master/498488 If only it had 'I'm the One Who Loves You' on it - it would be perfect!!! Love his version of 'My Love Is Reserved' (Robert Ward) .... 1
Theothertosspot Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Played "Just because your love has gone" only this morning and thought what an absolutely great record that is perhaps neglected too much in favour of the other side. As per Friday Night (Mon thru Thurs) turn the record over. R E Gards
Whiskyagogo Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Yes, I agree about the Darrell Banks sound. Fantastic! Steve Mancha is a great sound also but Monday thru Thursday apart from the words seems the same to my ears but saves wearing out A side Good times.
