bri pinch Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 wouldn,t have thought there would be any reason to boot this anyway. there,s always been plenty of copies about, but then again you would expect that from a chart record. best, bri.

Pete Eccles Posted August 27, 2006 Posted August 27, 2006 can i just say that ruby andrews has never charted (on these shores at least) and i would also like to add that as a lover of this scene and music through four decades and an attendee of most major venues in that timespan i for one consider ruby andrews (just lovin you) to be a surefire timeless classic! as an occasional dj with IMHO a reasonable playbox for all soul nights (and niters) if i was invited to play a set ANYWHERE and was asked by a paying customer to play 'ruby' i would'nt think twice! we are all entitled to our tastes and opinions and as a rare poster on this site i hope you dont mind me giving you mine. regards pete
Monique Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 It was booted on R.I.P EM records. I'm looking at one now!!
Guest Bearsy Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 You can get it on the Sevens label for about a tenner, but the original on Zodiac will set you back £100 - £150 depending on condtion, i reccomend the original as there is nothing like owning the real mccoy. Bearsy
