Have you heard 'Too many miles' on ABC by the Del Vikings? "We don't want nobody to come between us" is the Lamont Dozier track. One of the all time great records. Talking of Lamont Dozier how about Chuck Jackson's version of "Take of your make up". Great version. With regard to the Bobby Bland "dog" record. This was a big play back in the early 90s at the Post Office Club in Manchester. Fantasic record and one I keep forgetting to buy. However, I do have an instrumental version by Rythythm Heritage also on ABC. It is the B-side to "Theme from S.W.A.T". My plan is to do an extended mix as soon as I get the Bobby Bland!
