nsaints
Leicester Oddfellows - Lucky Charms, Tied to your Heart 100 Club - Chuck Jackson, Millionaire 100 Club - Bill Evans, On Broadway Just bought my 3rd copy of Bill Evans off Mick Smith recently, no idea what happened to the 1st, the 2nd copy was borrowed to Andy from Wotton on the Edge + 20 years ago - Lost touch since. I mentioned to Mick I'll not be buying another, and will look after this one! Warrington Parr Hall - Chuck Jackson, Hand it Over Warrington Parr Hall - Melba Moore, Magic Touch I know this was an Adey spin, however Pat Brady used to play this at Warrington. Brickey (RIP) mentioned to Pat that Magic Touch was a rumoured to be the next 100 club anniversary single. Pat told Brickey not to be so stupid. For me and this stupid story, Magic Touch, belongs to Warrington. Edited March 15, 2015 by nsaints Link to comment Social source share

Guest Waggy
derby all dayer (cant remember club) 99% sure would have been Tiffany's (a Mecca club) on Babington Lane. Went to many a Sunday all dayer there myself. Very late 70s saw Curtis and Searling etc playing "newies". Remember Searling blobbing it a few times and Colin having to play a double set. Colin never let the promoters down. Usually a mixed/varied set of DJs though. Building still standing - now an all-u-can-eat buffet/diner called May Sum. Although Cleo's on London Rd did hold a few (unsuccessful) dayers, compared to the Tiffs events. Edited March 15, 2015 by Waggy Link to comment Social source share
