I've got a few records with this design. It's a striking picture, so I understand the appeal and wonder who owns the copyright and how did these lables find the image.

Maybe just a generic blank label you could choose to have instead of a plain one when you went to get the records pressed up...? Edited by son of stan

Gene Diamond on Mothers Records - owned by Frank Zappa I believe (?).

Got a copy somewhere in the boxes upstairs.

Excellent doo-wopper indeed Dave!  It's actualy an alternate take by The Kaptions, who had already released another take of this as a single on the Ham-Mil label in 1964.  This dates from 1973.

 

The name 'The Five Shits' is apparently the brainchild of Val Shivley.

There is also a Klu Klux Klan label :ohmy:

 

Wasn't the first release on the label by female vocal group The Supremacists?

Here's another of their releases on a classic Chicago label (disgusting joke!)  It was listed as being arranged by an ex-neighbour of mine in San Mateo, California.  But, I think that was just a joke, as were the credits on the Lost Nite parody record:
