I buy one, I say I'm having problems with it digging the vinyl up (it also makes the records sound twice as crackly), instead of suggesting a solution, the seller says he's never had a problem himself and locks the thread so that I can't respond.

That's rubbish customer service for £25 Don.

Why not just say oh right what can I do to help Don instead of closing your thread?

What does you've had a while mean, is the product only guaranteed for 2 days or somrthing?  I've only switched the deck on a couple of times since I received the cartridge and each time the stylus has dug into the groove and the vinyl has literally changed colour, you can see it doing so as it goes along, as if it's made for a wider groove.

Never mind.  Obviously my fault.
