I've not owned one of these but I think it's time I did. There seems to be a bewildering array of labels. Can anyone put them in some sort of order of rarityness ?

Any  DJ who talks over the drum intro to this should have his mike stuck where the sun don't shine !

They're all brilliant....but my fav is the original orange Carrie release...bit more sparse and raw..you also get the brilliant "call me" on the Carrie release as Tony said.

I like the look of that Orange one

I do. At first glance I thought the writing looks black, but it is dark blue!

"Call Me" should be the same version on Carrie and Jameco- when the record became

popular in New York, the record was leased to Jameco.

I thought it might be a boot at first, but on closer inspection it's that lovely blue print and RCA vinyl pressing.

weird but wonderful

Been a century since I compared them, sure the Jameco 45 sounds "quiet" compared to the Carrie release

The orange one yes, consecutive number to Ed Hamilton, label owner re-pressed both on the green label years later.

Got my orange Clifford off our friend from Melton for £30 over 20 years ago, that was cheap then!

I have the orange Carrie, Mary Jane and Jameco - never bothered with the green Carrie.

Haven't done soundclips for them all though Jim.

Cheers

None of those are an orange Carrie?  You replied to Tony's quote about the orange one?

Right got it. Don't really mind what colour label is as long as it's an original. I did see an orange one for £125.00, albeit sold some years ago, nearly treble in price in 4.5 years ?
