Winsford Soul Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I have never seen a demo. Only issues. Didn't it only get a republic of Ireland release ? Steve
Pete S Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I have never seen a demo. Only issues. Didn't it only get a republic of Ireland release ? Steve That was an old rumour Steve, not true. The demo looks just like the issue apart from the demonstration record not for sale writing. 2

Glynthornhill Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Susan Vanner had a property in London with her very rich husband . Quoted to be worth £5 million property alone..... Don't think she would be too interested in her price on a 60 's pop outing. She made two other 45's for RCA . First in 68 was also on a nicer green / silver lettering demo . Far superior label design to the grotty orange label . With the supposed wealth of her husband she could hoover up all the issues and demos priced high without blinking an eyelid.......
Guest nickic Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I paid £165 for mine a few years ago.. Demo
Guest Gogs Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I paid £165 for mine a few years ago.. Demo I've only got the issue and sure that i paid something similar for that
Guest Aaron Darcy Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 if i hadnt got one would have gone to 250.....one of my all time top favourite oldies she is married to lisa van der kamp s husband son (rich house wives of beverly hills fame ) and is a ex bond girl.... Very poor record imo ,very poppy wouldn't give £100 pounds for it
Tobytyke Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 very good record imo, goes down a storm guaranteed floorfiller!

Guest Aaron Darcy Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Always reminds me of bad times at Wigan - sorry, I can't stand it either What i like about you Pete is your honest , you don't pretend like lot of people
Sweeney Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 (edited) A reasonably well put together pop record. Not great but not altogether bad. Not sure what it's got to do with soul and there would be a raft of records I'd rather spend a grand on. Of course - all in my very humble opinion etc. etc.... Edited February 8, 2015 by sweeney
Pete S Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 What i like about you Pete is your honest , you don't pretend like lot of people Thanks Aaron, honesty sometimes gets me into trouble though but how could I ever 'pretend' to like a record?
Harry Crosby Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 I always remember as a young lad, asking all the record dealers on a weekly basis if they had, that "TALK TO ME" that Russ`s playing, got some queer looks off people 1
