Pete S Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 It's really rare, I've only ever had one copy, I sold that for £500 and that was a good 12 years ago. Fantastic record. 1
Raremusicdirect Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Definitely not seen that often, at around £ 6-700.
Raresoul45s Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Flip side is fantastic (Something for my love), Kevs estimate is about right on price. Cheers Darren 1
Marc Forrest Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Definitely not seen that often, at around £ 6-700. seconded, although one must admit bearing in mind todays market this one has still some potential (pricewise). Had it on one of Gary Spencers play list tapes from 1989 and couldnt believe my luck when I finally got Shiftys old copy some good 10 - 12 years ago. Beautiful record. 1
Raremusicdirect Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 I paid more for mine just to add, before the couple of recent copies came to market and sold, just part of the swings and ......
Iancsloft Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Had five copies of it over the past25 years the highest prices got for one was £1000 Off Rob Thomas in the 90s I believe he bought it for someone else prob Steve Chadwick. Last copy I sold was £750 few years ago

Guest Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Must admit that I've seen just as many yellow stockers as WD's...and most copies I've stumbled across suffered from some degree of styrene distortion. Incidentally was it Searling or Rushbrooke first on to this one? 1

Frankie Crocker Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Is this a bit slow ....or have i been listening to it speeded up ???....Highly unlikely i will buy one and play it for myself ????????? Sounds pitched down to these ears. Great tune but best at 45rpm... 1
Russ Vickers Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 (edited) My WD was £250 in the early 9ts...like David quite rightly states many have a slight hiss through out, which doesnt seem to reproduce over a big system...brilliant record that i cherish & never tire of it.... Best Russ Edited January 9, 2015 by Russ Vickers
Chalky Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 Sure Clarkie said he has this at Yate, certainly had it early Stafford.
